Unlike many of our competitors (especially those who have resorted to cold calling and "tricking" people into agreeing to a long term contract) we will NOT sign you up over the phone for our lost cost calls service or line rental. The only way to sign up for these products is to fill in and sign a (simple) application form which we will send you by post, email or fax and which you must then return to us by fax/post along with a completed direct debit mandate before we will process your order. You can therefore call us without worrying that you might accidentally find yourself committed to something you didn't really want.

These products can be purchased online through our website, but the sheer number of features and options can be overwhelming, and a chat with a knowledgeable member of staff can be very helpful.
