Domain Name Registration

If you have registered a domain yourself via C1 Domains (www.c1-domains.com) please contact the dedicated C1-Domains billing department for all enquiries.

By telephone: C1 Domains is based in the USA, in the state of Arizona. If you are based in the UK you can use a special "London" number to get in touch with them without paying for an International call. The number is 0203 027 4996.

Alternatively the direct number in the USA is +1 480 624 2515. Please remember that calling this number will be charged as an International call to the USA, though depending on your telephone service provider and calls package is may be less expensive than calling some numbers in the UK.

Cancellations:

Different cancellation procedures apply depending on the product you wish to cancel.

To cancel a Connect 247 Broadband account:
Minimum contract terms and cancellation charges may apply.
Please contact the main Cymru 1 Billing Department to cancel your account.

To cancel a Gold or Silver hosting account or VPS
You must do so in writing.
Please contact the main Cymru 1 Billing Department for advice.

To cancel a dmNumber product
Please contact the dmClub helpline for further details

To cancel any other type of account:
