Product and Service Delivery
The vast majority of products offers through this site are services (for example dial-up or broadband internet access, domain name registration and hosting) and no physical goods are therefore involved.

The length of time between you placing and paying for your order and the service being provided depends on the service in question. Details will be provided in the appropriate product description or specific terms and conditions that apply to that service.

Where physical products are involved (for example broadband routers, modems and microfilters), delivery is usually timed so that the physical product will arrive a few days before the associated broadband service is due to be activated but again full details will be provided in the product description or the specific terms and conditions relating to the service being ordered as delivery terms can vary depending on the physical product and associated service that has been ordered.

Product returns
If you need to return a physical product you may do so only within 30 days of the goods being dispatched and only if they are in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition and with all the original manuals, disks and accessories included. Before doing so, however, please contact sales@cymru1.net for details of where and how to make the return and to obtain a returns reference number. The cost of postage will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty and we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to goods in transit when being returned.

Refunds
If you with to request a refund for any reason, please contact billing@cymru1.net and we will consider and process your request as quickly as possible. In some cases in order for us to correctly consider and process a refund we may require certain information from a third party (e.g. from a wholesale broadband supplier in order to ascertain, for example, a migration date). Obtaining such information is sometimes subject to delays beyond our control and in such cases there may therefore be a delay in our ability to process any refund due.

Order cancellations
Because most of the services offered are electronically provisioned and in many case such provisioning is instant, it is not always possible to cancel an order after it is placed. Examples of such situations include domain name registration and dial-up connections.
